I was on my way home while looking at the gloomy sky (about to rain.haha) when suddenly I felt so irritated. Just to cool myself, I think of something and while passing near the bridge of Passi, I saw a couple having a chat I guess?

Oh well, I just find my situation so empty right now. I can’t just imagine that I’m having a daily chat with my AA.haha. Hope you can relate. How can I suppose to kill my feelings for her if she’s my classmate, group mate and even my seatmate? Life must go on they say but on my situation you think its easy for me? Of course not!

I can still feel her awkwardness towards me.But what else I can do? We are just players in the game of love.haha.

One Night ONLY

I spend the whole night together with Rita, Dyna, Erron, Paul and Jason at Connie’s place. The trip was a movie marathon. We endend watching at 3 am in the morning and that’s the 3rd movie for that night. We woke up late and remembering Dyna Should wake up at 6, and so she really dissapoints her time.Laughs. WeL wea had our breakfast at Connie’s place “again” haha, and return to the room for the movie marathon continuation. We lately saw the 7th movie for the day and it was so sad to left each other and went to there separate ways. Sigh. I was I could turn back time and hold on to the best memories during the time we are then “CLASSMATES” and friends in pure. Sad to say it was really not going to happen.

I just miss them all:)

Am I experiencing the college life already? Whew! I don’t think so for an obvious reason ” i’m just so goos to be true”. But improvements on my studies probably changed, my thinking capability sharpen, skills aren’t deteriotating but continously growing into a more refined and clear ideas.haha.

I think the spirit I felt when I was still in my HS years was the same feeling during the contests. I think it is within the person doing, acting and leading a group. I was really happy for a wel done accomplishment before we say gudbye to our section.

Top 10 Tips to Stay Energized All Day

1. Start the day right. Yes, that means breakfast. Combine a whole grain with fruit, skim dairy, or soy milk, and even add some lean protein to the mix to sustain energy levels throughout the morning. Cooked oatmeal with yogurt and a banana or Lite Mueslix with soy milk and blueberries are good choices.

2. Have a mid-morning snack. Combine a protein and a carbohydrate. It is fine to be hungry mid-morning, so honor your hunger and give your body fuel when it is asking for it. Try yogurt with a peach, low fat string cheese with an apple, or cottage cheese and grapes.

3. Eat lunch on time. Don’t push back lunch until you are ravenous. Instead, eat your mid-day fuel right on time to keep your blood glucose levels nice and steady.

4. Boost your mental energy. Nature’s nutrition for the brain are omega-3 fatty acids. Add light tuna or salmon to your lunchtime food choices, in addition to walnuts, tofu, and canola oil. Healthy fat keep you feeling full for a longer period of time, so add small amounts to meals and snacks. Some good choices include avocado and almonds.

5. Start the day with moderate caffeine levels and keep caffeine intake modest. While it does increase mental energy, too much caffeine may lead to energy highs and then lows, and it can interferes with quality sleep.

6. Limit processed foods high in sugar. Avoid the office candy jar, treats, and vending machine whenever possible. Processed foods do not provide sustained energy and can result in low-energy moments during the day.

7. Consume foods high in folate. Higher levels of blood folate have been associated with faster and better thought processing. Good sources include lentils, chickpeas, black beans, asparagus, broccoli, avocado, and orange juice. Also important are vitamins B6, found in bananas and spinach, and B12, found in lean proteins and skim dairy products.

8. Have an afternoon snack. If dinner is late or if you have an evening workout scheduled, fruits, vegetables, and low-fat yogurt provide energizing carbohydrate.

9. Consume complex carbohydrates that contain fiber. The fiber allows the carbohydrates to be released more slowly, providing sustained energy. Opt for whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, and whole grain cereals.

10. Stay hydrated. About two-thirds of our body is water, and dehydration can contribute to reduced energy levels. About 80% of the fluid we consume comes from the fluids we drink, and the other 20% comes from foods. Always drink when you are thirsty, and have water available during the day to hydrate regularly.

I was honored to be included in the 18 tresures of my friend Emy. Disco followede after the party. In the middle of the disco, i’d glanced at my watch and tell you what its past 12 already, I went to nang Carmela (neighbor) and nang katherine (A friend) and said, “Nang puli ta labang na alas dose.” I sudden reply is YES!. Upon reaching the exit of the resort, nang katherine told us to drop at Sand Bar just to peak friends. An then there was, my elementary friend Kathleen was there and I told her i went here just because of my 200 php and lokkong for a change. Kathy was so good, She gave me two 100 peso bill. then we step out of that bar and wnet to the place were we belong. (baybay).hehe

Never anticipated of such a scenario. Unlimited thinking for the week, money-management, and grade consciousness. I was merely in denial that time. Hoping that everything would be just as peaceful as the water in a lake. Maybe, the multiple idle fears were everywhere ready to attack any time and dumbness comes after. With -in the hollow realm of reality, I was there waiting for someone whom I know to be a friend but then I was at frustration.

I really couldn’t expect the happiness I felt later this afternoon. We have finished the play with all the effort me and my groupmates had given.I don’t expect for a high grade but instead the smile I’ve given to their faces and the joy. We really ejoyed nad for the first time we ate our dinner together in the room with our filipino teacher. I remember the song” Stars” by Callalily and I started to sing it.haha

That was fun I tell you!. And rode a heepney together with April, kim, Ms. Ong, Debbie and Smile. those were my Trip buddies cause we ride on the same jeepney”VILLA” every after skul but sometimes debbie, Ms. ong and April are the ne one. whaha.

This is it. im currently watching Dyosa here. haha.. the 2nd Chosen ONE.!:))
